USsearch.com just released what they call a "special dating package". It's basically a set of search tools that enables you to check the various aspects of your date's background to get a picture of what the person's history is like. The information that you can get in a report are, among other things, marriage and divorce records, child support and birth records, previous arrests and pending lawsuits, and major asset ownership.

With dating taking the online approach now more than ever, and with the introduction of new technologies and "techniques", an average "get to know before you go on a date" process takes a very short time, in some case a couple of hours (blind dating or speed dating). This is a very short time span during which one has to make a decision about someone, and that requires a quick approach to background information checking. Here's a more detailed breakdown of what a "special dating package" report would include:

• Criminal background checks. From big issues like domestic assault to small city actions like drunk driving arrests, a criminal background gives a fast glimpse into dirty laundry that people are hesitant to reveal but can be integral in deciding to continue a romantic relationship.
• Marriage, divorce and birth records. These are the biggest questions when dating: Are they married? Do they have kids, and do they have custody or support arrangements?
• Asset searches. Find out ownership histories on major assets like businesses, houses and vehicles.
  Pending civil actions. This search shows lawsuits, bankruptcies and other judgments.

According to the people around the duo, they were "all over each other" in two nightclubs, the Beatrice Inn and The Box, suggesting there's something in the air that has nothing to do with Apple…

The question remains, though, whether the troubled actress, who's usually linked to Paris Hilton, wants something serious or just a little more fun. Any thoughts?

Geri Halliwell also known as Ginger from the Spice Girls and the Little Britain star, David Walliams, are reportedly dating in secret.

According to "sources," the long friendship between the two has turned steamy since the New Year. Sources continue by saying the 36-year-old David is "such a gent" and Geri just can't stop smiling. And while we're all for love, we just don't quite understand the 1-year-older (than David) Ginger who apparently made her Spice Girls band-mates promise to keep the new romance under wraps. Why would you do that Ginger? So that half of Britain could still want you? I don't get it.

In the other news, it seems that other members of Spice Girls wants to fix Ginger with George Clooney. We'll see where that goes…
