The catwalk beauty — who started dating The Kills guitarist Jamie Hince last August — was seen picking up wedding brochures at the plush venue. Apparently, she plans to hold her nuptials there followed by a lavish reception in one of the many decadent ballrooms.

"Kate looked radiant when she came by to pick up the wedding brochures. She has the air of a woman who is loved and looked after," a source said.

Kate reportedly proposed to Jamie during a 12-hour lovemaking marathon just a month after they started dating. Next morning, Kate allegedly told friends, "We're engaged." Not to mention tired…

Penelope Cruz is dating Javier Bardem, according to the actress' loose-tongued friend and co-star Woody Harrelson.

During the Santa Barbara International Film Festival on Tuesday, Mr. Harrelson said: "I can't believe the luck Javier has. If you look at his biography - one page is just describing his journey and then the second page is all of the awards he's won. And not to mention, I found this out last night too - he's going out with Penelope Cruz!"

The crowd cheered while an embarrassed Javier, 38, put his head in his hands.

Last autumn they were spotted canoodling in the Maldives, but the couple hasn't commented anything in public about it…

Shopzilla, the shopping site, completed a study which tried to measure and determine the impact of Valentine's Day gift giving on relationships. According to the study, it turns out some 75% of people involved in relationships will be doing Valentine's Day shopping this year, and about 60% feel this holiday holds a special meaning for the future of their relationship, much more so than for established couple (in longer, steady relationships).

"Seventy-five percent of people will be shopping for a Valentine’s Day gift this holiday,” said Helen Malani, Shopzilla’s Online Shopping Expert. "The trick for many of these love-struck couples is to not only find fun, special items, but to also select gifts that are appropriate for the relationship stage they’re in."

The period between the end of the December holidays and early February (Valentine's Day) is the so called "National Break-Up Season". It's the time when many couples re-asses their relationship with the other person, and which, according to the study, ends in break-up in about 40% of the time.
